i think he chooses to fight less in terms less risk on losing, so he can keep his "0". i dont think he cares about being p4p #1 or a HOF. he chooses when to fight, make whatever money he gets from it and live off of that.

Whoever ducked or ducking him (allegedly) made or are making a huge mistake, Frampton, Quigg, Santa Cruz. You call his bluff and he'd backtrack and price himself out.
