i think it's lebron, I think melo is way to streaky and plus career stats fg% lebron has gone up every year and 4 or 5 times has gone over 50% and melo has never hit that plateau. Also melo this year did have 62 more shots down around the basket tooComment

you can shoot 50% from a spot and i could shoot 45% from the same spot and it doesn't automatically mean you're the best shooter.
it could be opposing teams let you take that shot while i'm always guarded from the same spot.
if you want to look at percentages. ft % is best indicator.
the range is the same and there's no defense.
it's the best for comparing jumpshot ability.
melo is career 81% ft shooter. lebron 75%.
in fact lebron highest ft % ever in a season is 78%.Comment

understand where your coming from. I"m from ny so I watch a lot of knicks games "bulls fan" but melo seems more streaky then anything when he hot he's hot but when he's off he's awful but keeps shooting hence 11-36 against the celtics in the first series.Comment
