Default Should i cut?

Hey guys! Havent been training for 3 years.

Recently i started weight training 3 days a week, and gonna start Boxing again this january! But should i just stop eating all sugar and, eat clean and strictly healthy. Or should i count calories and cut?

I estimate your bf to be about 25% - 30%.

In that pic Kessler is about 15%.

If you want to get there itís simple math, you need to be in a caloric deficit, depending how high it is will take several months of watching calories in and burning calories by exercise

Sorry the simple math is;

You need to cut 15% of your bodyweight so it’s;

15% * YourWeightInLBS

Average of reduced calories and exercise you can get into a net calorie deficit of 3,500 per week which is one lb.

That gives you approx how many weeks are needed.
