In a study published in the latest issue of the British journal Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society, researchers propose that "at least two" planets lie beyond Pluto.

Their calculations are based on the unusual orbital behaviour of very distant space rocks called extreme trans-Neptunian objects, or ETNOs.

Interesting.

I hope they get the James Webb Space Telescope up before too long.

Hubble was awesome, but there will be fascinating new discoveries such as finding those planets with a more powerful space telescope.

I couldve swore I heard this around the same time I heard pluto was no longer considered a planet (which was probably a few years after it was demoted I dont keep up to date with this type of news!)

But that was due to its size.

I wonder if its possible there are planet sized objects beyond Pluto orbiting our Sun?

Perhaps a more relevant comparison would be Neptune, or Uranus. All the outer planets are huge.
