You have Floyd Mayweather Jr, who is clearly out performing Arums fighter Manny Pacquiao PPV wise, he is unbeaten, and is considered by most big boxing fans as the best in the world right now, so you give him a deadline and if he doesn't take it you are going to have Manny fight a man (Miguel Cotto) who he has already battered or Anthonio Margarito who can't even fight in the US??? Yeah Bob great idea!
