                    Try some creatine hydrochloride. It will draw water into your muscle cells and make them more prominent. Youll get that boost you need to make those abs show. I don't recommend creatine monohydrate because a lot of it doesn't even get absorbed and it will draw more water into your intestines which will make it puffy. Good luck man, stomach area is problematic for all of us as we age lol
