When you're training/working out, What types of music/artists do you typically listen to?
Myself, anything from the rocky soundtrack, or some bouncy 80s hip-hop

I have no friggin' idea how this relates to training or nutrition per se. But I usually listen to rap.

I usually listen to Mexican music, some of my favourites being:
- Chalino Sanchez - El Muchacho Alegre
- Mariachi Vargas De Tecalitlan - El Son De La Negra
- Mariachi Sol - Juan Colorado
- Vicente Fernandez - Sangre Caliente
- Los tigres del norte - El Gallo de pelea

I also like to listen to hip-hop. Anything from Jay-Z, Biggie, Nas or Game.

I only listen to music for a small portion of my workout for some reason, but I don't actually know why. The Rocky soundtrack is classic of course, but don't count out The Karate Kid ("you're the best...around").
