im not sure if there was any looting but there was a report going out to watch out for these guys who will offer help since they have a boat. they'll help take the family to a safe place and then return back to steal from their house.

as for looting, it has happened surely. there are videos. at the moment search and rescue and getting highways etc back up is the more important issue. they got 50 inches of rain in some areas.
