    Adopt a good workout plan do more cardio exercises to burn the fat more quickly.
    Also take natural fat burning foods along with this workout plan for the fat loss.
    Include green tea, fish oil, grapefruit juice, and green vegetables soups in your diet to loss the fat.

      I'm however many weeks into this and I can see the weight falling off.

      I've been trying to get to the gym every day, burning around a 1000 calories everytime I am in there, just through cardio. Mainly the cross ramp.

      My diet is the cleanest it has ever been, and I feel great from that too.

      I'll post some results photos in a couple of weeks.

        Boxing is one hell of à workout! But dont go all in at the beginning, start slow and don't give up when you're stuck! Make a schedule and follow it,
        Eat alot of fish, steaks, healthy food,
        I'f your not sure what to eat, go to a restaurant and look at a classy chick to see what she order'd make sure she's happy otherwise you will get some chocolate! That ain't healthy!
