James Toney challenges Bernard Hopkins to 200 pound fight

Also i don't think this is Toney talking ****, he's been calling for Hopkins since the 90's, to Hopkins credit he was smaller then as Toney moved up. Hopkins has other things on his plate currently but if Toney got even one reasonable win, this fight would still be interesting.
