              Floyd ain't gonna do no 3 months in jail, he'll do about 30 days just like lindsay lohan did when she was given the same exact sentence...

                    the guy plead guilty and got the maximum jail sentence, why else would he plead guilty?

                    pleading guilty usually means you get a better sentencing, but not this time.
