    Are people insane?

    Is it crazy pills day?

Some clown said Floyd did more for boxing than ANY other fighter.

Tyson hasn't fought in 12 years and is still the most famous boxer on the planet. Ali helped to end the draft and arguably played a part in ending a fucking war....
Yeah Floyd did sooo much more

What did Tyson have change across the Sport , learn to comprehend, I get sick of talking to children in here.

Ali is an Icon probably the most influential boxer in history, I didn't say Floyd categorically was the one, Floyd is one of a small group to make changes across the sport, Floyd brought PEDS testing to the forefront of boxing, he changed the way guys like Arum dictate to fighters, he beat more title holders than any other fighter in history he held more titles simultaneously than any other fighter, his list of accomplishments may never be broken.

Give the man his dues you hating child.

It’s like I’ve always said. Floyd was a killer before the Oscar fight after he was a pansy. The way he picked apart Chico was a beautiful masterpiece

lost track of how many times you lied about a fighter being #9 pound for pound

muhammad ali. easily. easily. go from the start of his comeback, or just start at joe frazier

          frazier 3x
          foreman
          norton 3x
          holmes

that's three all time greats and a legit badass hall of famer. ali fought all of them not only when they were in their primes, but when he was past his. he really had two careers, spanning two different decades. first major run started when he stopped liston twice. during the 60's muhammad ali was the best HW ever, maybe even the best fighter ever AT ANY WEIGHT

and then you have contenders that he also fought in the 70's.
          quarry
          ellis
          young
          lyle
          shavers
          foster

          there are more as well
ray leonard fought prime tommy hearns, prime wilfred benitez, aged but still incredible roberto duran. floyd never fought one fighter on that level [frankly never came close!] never mind three of them within two calendar years.

Mosley was a very old boxer and whoever had him 3rd pfp was nuts. Baldomir stinks. Hatton was nothing special at welterweight and not the 8th best pfp boxer in the world at that time. He fought a green Canelo at a 152 pound catchweight. Ortiz stinks. Berto Stinks. Guerrero was not very good and again whoever had him 9th pfp was nuts. 2006 to 2015 is a 9 year run with only 13 fights. Trinidad had a 9 year undefeated run of over 20 straight wins mostly by KO from the time he won the welterweight title to winning the middleweight title and he beat some great fighters in that 9 year run. Henry Armstrong won world titles at 126, 135 and 147 and defended his welterweight title about 20 times all in less than 9 years. You can kiss Mayweather's ass and worship him as a god and bow down to him and call him TBE all you want but don't tell others they must do likewise. I think he was an all time great but he was not TBE and his 9 year run was not the best ever in my opinion.
make a list of the fighters Trinidad beat in that 9 year run.

a list that would surpass or equal the one OP made of Floyd..

            I'll be waiting..

I'm not saying he has the best resume ever. The point of this thread is that floyd went on a run of consecutively fighting other champions, P4P ranked opposition, and/or Hall of famers. What other run of consecutive opposition can compare????
Daniel Geale was a champion and ranked 2nd best Middleweight the year before he fought GGG.
Martin Murray has been ranked as the 3rd best Middleweight.
Curtis Stevens, Lemieux both ranked within top 5 of middleweights.
              Proksa was also highly ranked.

                Sugar Ray Leonard...?

Marvin Hagler -> Donny Lalonde -> Thomas Hearns -> Roberto Duran -> Terry Norris -> Hector Camacho

Now granted, he didn't win every fight, but this list tops any other fighter people have posted, here.

fun fact: Guerrero originally lost to Salido by UD when they fought a long time ago.

Zab Judah: Lost to a Journeyman, ducked Margarito, never a full size welter

Baldomir: Journeyman with a string of losses, caught light welterweight Zab on a bad night.

Oscar de la hoya: One fight in the previous 3 years, came out of retirement, was doing coke and dressing up in women's clothes, well out of his prime.

Ricky Hatton: A force at light welter where his main advantage was his weight advantage. Floyd fought him at 147lbs and got the job done with a little help from Cortez

Marquez: The lightweight champ who had just moved up from super-feather, and Floyd dragged him up to welter. Jumping 3 weight divisions in 18 months, and Floyd reneging on a contracted catch weight. Marquez through rocks and drank his own urine as apart of his training regiment for the the fight and looked fat and bloated and small.

Mosley: Mosley was well past his prime, he was on the decline when Cotto beat him and was in his late 30s when Floyd thought the time was right to pick this cherry. Pacquiao was the fight the fans wanted, but for the second time Floyd ducked for and older guy.

Ortiz: Green, emotional fragile, and Floyd still needed to sucker punch him. Floyd ducked Pacquiao yet again for this fight.

Cotto: One of Floyd's best win, but against a fighter who was past him prime and who Floyd ducked for 4 years. The Winner of Mayweather vs Hatton and Cotto vs Mosley were meant to fight. Floyd got scared and took a retirement PED break. Still ducking Pacquiao.

Guerrero: A former featherweight, who had issues out of the ring. A very good ABC fighter, tough but fighting outside his best weight, never really a force at welter.
Brook, Khan and of course Pacquiao were all better options

Canelo: A decent win, but Canelo was very green, even Mathew Hatton went 12 rounds with him and gave him a tough fight, not so long before. Floyd decided to drain the ginger one down to 152lb, and for a guy that comes in to the ring well over 170lbs and walks around close to 200lbs, this was quite task that took it's toll. Still ducking, Khan, Brook, Pacquiao and Thurman coming on the scene as well

Maidana (Twice): First fight with Maidana, was close, I thought Maidana won, that is despite Floyd crying over Maidana's gloves making him wear pillows. Floyd bought his team off, but despite this disruption and cheating, Marcos beat Floyd up. Shocking how Floyd got the decision.

Second fight, Floyd made sure he got Maidana to wear pillow, taking away his biggest strength, he also brought in Kenny Bayless to ref, to break up the action whenever Maidana got close, to limit his game further reset the action where Floyd could fight on the outside.

Pacquiao: 6 years after Pacquiao wanted the fight and after he suffered two loses and been knocked out cold, Floyd decided the time was right to fight Pacquiao. Well past his prime, which left him after the Margarito fight and was steadily declining since then. The Former fly weight champ made Floyd so scared he just touch jabbed and ran for the entire fight. Floyd brought in Bayless, to stop Pacquiao getting close allowing Floyd to freely hold without fear of losing a point or even a hard warning. Pacquiao had also suffered a damaged shoulder and was denied a legal shot, that he had cleared with USADA. The same USADA that allowed Floyd to take a banned IV, that is used as a masking agent for PED the night before the fight.

Berto: Khan, Spence, Thurman Brook Floyd ducks them all for this guy.

Floyd consistently ducked the best fights.

#3 P4P, 147 WBA champion. Everyone claimed that floyd was ducking him including you back then.

Oh and here is a quote from pacquiao's promoter bob arum:

"I think Mosley beats Mayweather. I think Shane Mosley, because of his style, has the best chance to beat Mayweather,”

Ortiz: Green, emotional fragile, and Floyd still needed to sucker punch him. Floyd ducked Pacquiao yet again for this fight.
Pacquiao ducked drug USADA again. Ortiz 147 WBC champion and #2 welterweight.

Cotto was younger than floyd, 154 WBA champion and the #2 Light middleweight.

Cotto ducked floyd in 2006 though and was still signed to top rank in 2008

Guerrero: A former featherweight, who had issues out of the ring. A very good ABC fighter, tough but fighting outside his best weight, never really a force at welter.
Brook, Khan and of course Pacquiao were all better options
Guerrero was the #3 welterweight lol and ranked P4P

LMFAO at khan and pacquiao, who had just got knocked out being better options.
Canelo: A decent win, but Canelo was very green, even Mathew Hatton went 12 rounds with him and gave him a tough fight, not so long before. Still ducking, Khan, Brook, Pacquiao and Thurman coming on the scene as well
Canelo defended his WBC belt 6 times, was #9 p4p, and the #1 154 pounder. Yep a recently knocked out khan and pacquiao would be better options LOL

Maidana (Twice): First fight with Maidana, was close, I thought Maidana won, that is despite Floyd crying over Maidana's gloves making him wear pillows. Not one media scorecard had maidana winning LOL

Pacquiao: 6 years after Pacquiao wanted the fight and after he suffered two loses and been knocked out cold, Floyd decided the time was right to fight Pacquiao.
Pacquiao and bob arum shouldn't have DUCKED floyd back in 2010 and 2012.

They backed out of the fight because of Drug testing in 2010= FACT

They didnt want to negotiate in 2011 because they didn't want to use USADA= FACT

They didn't want to negotiaite in 2011 because they wanted 50/50= FACT

They didn't want to fight in 2012 because they needed to heal from a cut= FACT

They didn't want to fight in 2012 because they wanted to build a stadium in las vegas= FACT

They released a list of possible opponets without floyd's name= FACT

They wanted to fight marquez for a 4th time on may 5th because they thought floyd was going to jail = FACT

LMFAO they ducked him. Plus floyd still beat him when pacquiao was #2 P4P and #2 welterweight in the world.

Berto: Khan, Spence, Thurman Brook Floyd ducks them all for this guy.
Retirment fight and he just beat your hero LOL

So please tell me again who has a better run? It can't be pacquiao surely
