I don't know about Haitian Jack but know Tupac called his name after and got him in trouble with the law. Isaac did some of the shooting though. They said Tupac shot himself too out of panic.

I dont think that Tupac shot him self because it would have come out 20 years ago when he was alive and the East West beef was at its peak

Cease might have known it was gonna go down but he wasn't there to see the actual details. Even members of Pac's entourage were on the ground face down. They wouldn't have seen who was firing the different shots.

I don't know. I never heard him say it. He might have shot himself by accident when he was grabbing the gun to pull it from his waist. He wasn't a street dude or a killer. So he might have been shaky and panicky when a gun was pointed at him and made a mistake.
