Pac isnt a HBO fighter anymore, so nothing they come up with would surprise me in regards to Pac. They do the same shit everytime a fighter isn't under them anymore.

What about morales testing 4 times positive, both A and B samples and usada not informing the commission, why does usada charge so much compared to vada, why does vada catch PED users but usada doesn't, even though they have covered 3 times the number of fights that vada has, can I please sell you some stamps, they're worth heaps, trust me, STUPID, you obviously can't put 2 and 2 together, I'm sure you wouldn't be excusing this if it was pacquaio having the IV the night before the fight

Seems you are believing all of that BS that Hauser fed you. USADA did notify the commission regarding Morales and they proved that they did.

          You are misinformed.

Ask the commission. They were notified before the fight was to take place, and there is proof of that.

Here is an example of such proof:

"On Tuesday (October 16th, 2012) night, USADA informed us that there were irregularities in a test from Erik Morales," Schaefer told BoxingScene.com. "On Wednesday, USADA informed the respective camps and the [New York State Athletic] Commission as well. This process is going to have to play itself out."

Now would you be man enough to admit that you were wrong and misinformed by Hauser?

On Aug. 10, 2015, Laz Benitez (a spokesperson for the New York State Department of State, which oversees the NYSAC) advised in writing, “There is no indication in the Commission’s files that it was notified of this matter prior to October 18, 2012.”

so let's look at this logically, usada said they contacted NYSAC and advised them of the positive test results by phone, so an agency that has been doing this testing and says themselves how professional they are passes this information on by phone, WITHOUT A COMFORMATION EMAIL OR FAX, PLEASE, HOW STUPID WOULD YOU HAVE TO BE TO BELIEVE THAT CRAP, your a sucker that has been sucked in to a rebuttal that doesn't explain anything, wada rules are clear, an IV can be given in an emergency, surgury or clinical investigations, he did it in his lounge room, used 750ml and it's been given by a paramedic, where has it mentioned anywhere about a DOCTOR approving it because a paramedic hasn't the authority unless it's an emergency, floyd wasn't dieing, you clowns really should look at things without floyd goggles on

You idiot. Look at the dates of the statements. The article even came out before the fight took place. It's right there written for you.

So um.....the article is written about USADA letting EVERYONE know about the test result........but.......they didn't really let anyone know. The article just was predicting the future.

                    hahahaha. You idiot. Log off.

WADA confirmed that under the 2015 World Anti-Doping Code and the International Standard for Therapeutic Use Exemptions (ISTUE), a retroactive TUE can be granted for an IV drip to combat dehydration. “For a case that would be monitored by WADA, yes the ISTUE could allow for intravenous infusions to be used in instances of dehydration”, a WADA spokesperson told the Sports Integrity Initiative. However, the spokesperson added: “This case is not one that is monitored by WADA because the World Boxing Council is not a signatory to the Code. We understand that USADA was contracted to conduct the anti-doping program for this fight, however.”

So um.....you ready to log off yet?
