Playstation official partner of top rank boxing

When it comes to game consoles, there are a lot of markets up for grabs, but perhaps none as big as professional sports. Sure, Xbox One may be the official console of the NFL, but now PS4 has something it’ll never have: boxing. That’s right, Sony announced today that PlayStation will become the official gaming partner of Top Rank Boxing. This means that PS4, but probably not the PS Vita, will be highlighed at Top Rank’s premier events including the anticipated World Welterweight Championship rematch between Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley on April 12.

The PlayStation brand will be featured through in-arena branding, trailer spots during event broadcasts in the United States, integration across Top Rank’s social and digital channels and more.
