    1. Magpa init ng mantika
    2. Lagay ang madaming bawang at sibuyas. Kamatis kung gusto
    3. Pag medyo brown na yung bwang ilagay na ang Century Tuna Hot and Spicy. wag isama lahat ng oil kalahati lang
    4. Pag medyo ok na sa inyo yung luto ng tuna. lagyan ng dalwang itlog
    5. Haluin hangang maluto ang itlog.
    6. Ihanda and kanin at patis na me sili

      flakes in vegetable oil + sky flakes...

      one of the easiest to made but ATG pulutan..

            put tuna on top of bread with mozarella cheese and toast it for 3 mins or till the cheese melts...

              I'm just past my Century tuna adobo phase, and settling back into chowing on
              San Marino corned tuna (which is pure evil, but I can't stop gobbling it up).
