I made a real cheap looking machine last xmas with some scrap wood and a raspberry pi and regret selling it now. Now i have had a dabble im going to attempt to build one similar to this-

My friend has the SF2 and Rampage ones. If you buy a raspberry pi you can put hundreds of games in your machine.

Too small even with the raiser and expensive for what they are.

Im **** with wood but was able too knock one up good enough for me, all in including the pi prob cost about £150. You can actually buy flat pack units to build and can add all your own bits.
