i know spence is the man being hyped up at the moment but come on now. he hasnt fought anyone worthy for you to make that statement. wait til he fights someone credible first.

Kells problem is he has been 147 fighter for so long he just can't do it anymore you can see he was very competitive upto 6 rounds (in fact was up on the cards) as soon as it got to later rounds his body let him down as Spence knew best way to beat a weight drained fighter is go to the body. No reason to doubt his skills look at the first 6 rounds they was competitive.

People will whine but most of what you said is objective. Brook has 1 solid win in a close fight and got stopped by 2 stronger guys. Doesnt mean either of the guys that beat him are automatically WORLD class either since Kell himself isnt. Errol is still green and hasn't been tested and Gennady has passed all tests so far but looked very normal against his first B level fighter in Jacobs and faces his first A- level opponent in a few weeks.

Guys aren't world level until they beat top competition and/or win across weight classes. Spence and Gennady haven't done either yet. Nonetheless Kell is still a good fighter, just not world class

Loma looked great across more than one division and looked impressive against Russel Jr. and Nicholas Walters. Crawford has been dominant in more than one weight class and looked dominant against Gamboa, Burns, and Postol.

The point is when Loma and Crawford stepped up in competition or weight classes, they maintained their dominance. Kell Brook has 1 or so strong wins against Shawn Porter who (has since) demonstrated he was not as good as his hype. And in that fight Kell Brook was not anywhere near as dominant as Crawford or Loma have been when they stepped up in competition.

Brook also got stopped by an unproven prospect in Spence. Loma's lone loss was a fight he would easily win now, today, but he was unaccustomed the ruggedness of professional fights. That and Laurence Cole is arguably the WORST referee in the last 15 years.

He never actually tested himself at 147, he went through the easiest path. If we look at the people he could/should have fought in his time at 147, then you would know he waste the little talent he had. The biggest irritating thing about him was the hype or people trying to call him the man at 147 based on him beating only one genuine contender in porter.
