Why would they expect Canelo to come in so light? Doesn't make the most sense to me...Canelo will probably be closer to ~173 pounds. He will clearly be the smaller man, but he will also be faster and more compact in addition to being the better boxer.

            1) Chavez has quit on the stool ONLY ONCE, vs Fonfara.

            2) Chavez Sr. did the same once as well, vs. De la Hoya.

So arguing that Chavez Sr. isn't the father of Chavez Jr., in that regard, is ridiculous.

It's not that he has no heart. He has no STAMINA. If this time, for the first time in his life, he has worked on his stamina and conditioning issues, he may make you eat your words.

He was exhausted vs. Fonfara, he quit more because of exhaustion than lack of heart. I did watch that fight. The knockdown happened due to exhaustion, more than Fonfara being the better fighter or the harder puncher.

If the guy didn't have any heart or courage, HE WOULDN'T EVEN HAVE STEPPED ON A RING EVER AS A PROFESSIONAL, and much less, versus a much bigger guy, even contradicting his own father's angered recommendations not to go take such a huge risk.

We will see what happens tomorrow, but I am sure he will not quit this time. And then, let's see what YOU will say afterwards!

Chávez quit when he was like 40 years old and out prime vs a young lion with legend status at the end of his career, with more of 90 fights and a lot of wars vs great opposition, never in his prime.

Chavez quit with his first rival of the same weight at the night of the fight.
