Does Gennady Golovkin possess the punching power required to hurt/KO Canelo Alvarez?

I believe it was the start of 12th or 11th round that Canelo briefly tried to plant his feet, hold the center of the ring and trade with GGG, He took a shot that visibly hurt him and immediately gave up the center of the ring in favor of the tactic he was trying to do throughout the fight i.e. move and try and pot-shot GGG coming in.

He hits harden Canelo & has better chin... But Canelo is more elusive & quicker than GGG.

GGG's punches are heavy. Canelo can take them but he has to be cautious and cant fight GGG wrecklessly.

GGG isnt stopping canelo because canelo has an iron jaw and is highly skilled, but his power can affect canelo's style and cause him to avoid taking risks, throw less punches ect.
