Conceptually, any man could relate to the pain associated with not getting the girl of your dreams. But different people respond to emotions in different ways. You or I may mope around the house or drink and get back out there. But one Indonesian teen did not embrace his inner Mikey from “Swingers” and opted to cut off his penis and throw it down a well after learning his girlfriend was going to marry another man. Unfortunately, that is not a clever analogy.
AN Indonesian teenager chopped off his penis and tossed it down a well after learning his girlfriend intended to marry another man.
The 19-year-old from a village in Central Java was lucky to survive the self surgery, health authorities said.
“He arrived at the hospital last Thursday in critical condition from blood loss,” Cilacap General Hospital Director Sugeng Budi Susanto told local media.
“Cutting off a penis can be fatal.”
Well, good to know. Just in case you were thinking about cutting off your penis as a joke with the intent of clasping it back on like Mr. Potato Head, now you know that cutting off a major organ can lead to death. You may also want to avoid trying to do that decapitated thumb trick with your penis too, just to err on the side of caution.
Unfortunately for this kid, the chances of getting back to normal are looking unlikely. Reports say that nearby villagers were unable to find the penis. If you’re living in Indonesia and see a short man who looks like this walking around, please inform the local authorities. No matter how classy that anthropomorphic penis may look with its top hat and walking stick, it needs to be brought to justice.
