Could a direct punch on the jaw from a Pro Welter knock anyone out?

They would be better off punching a tall person in the ribs which would probably fold them.

2-Is the person getting hit healthy? in shape??

3-Is the person getting his aware of the punch coming??

If the answer is yes to questions 2 and 3 then the answer to your question is no...their necks and legs should be strong enough to absorb the blow
Neck and legs don’t absorb shots it’s chins and temples.

        Good break down bro.
I agree with all that you said.
Should be end/thread after that response.

These top guys at that weight without gloves can punch at incredible power. So, I'd say yes to most people, and those who could take it, would be knocked out after a flurry of clean/cleanish punches.

No, Mayweather broke his nose. Show's head didn't even move from the combo.

Let's see Mayweather do it without a pair of brass knucks!

7 foot and 300 lb is Shaquille O'Neal size. No way in hell a welter is dropping someone that big

It would depend on the giant guy's chin and the variance is tremendous. You have glass jawed giants and giants that are very hard to hurt. No doubt a Sunday punch from a hard hitting welterweight champ would KO some giants and not hurt other more rugged giants.
