I'm not sure that Hearn never said he didn't believe the money was there.

He just said he wanted to see a contract, which he wasn't allowed. AJ also said the money was there but it means they own him for a fight, which couldn't happen because of his deals with Sky and whatever else.

Haymon and co. have been involved in the biggest money fights in boxing history, i'm sure the money would've been there for it. I think it was what comes with the $50m offer that was the problem for AJ's team.
