It's probably too late to do anything about it. They know it's not yours that's why it was debited from the account, they wouldn't have done it if they didn't know for sure. It's not real common but it happens enough, and a lot of the time people try and get away with taking the money out.

No because they have all the proof it was a mistake

They have screenshots/photocopys of the mistakes, and what really should of happened and whos account it happened to...

You should be sent a letter regarding whats happened...
