Comments Thread For: Froch: If Bellew Lands That Left Hook, Usyk Will Be Out Cold

Froch always mentions one of his past conquests, in this case Jermain Taylor and how he "stopped him with 14 seconds to go". Usually he references his fight "with George Groves in front of 80 billion people at Wembley".
Top lad.

Froch told Sky Sports: “Put pressure on him. Get in his face. You might lose the rounds, but you can try to exhaust him for the second half of the fight."
Yes, you can try that, but believe you me, it's not going to work.
Make no mistake, Usyk has tremendous stamina and you will not exhaust him by getting in his face and applying pressure.
Just keep throwing the left hook and hope you get home safe to your wife and kids would be my advice to Tony.
Simple as that.Last edited by kafkod; 11-06-2018, 10:32 AM.

Low and behold.
Anything is possible.

I am not doubting Bellew has power.... but Sky seem to be pushing this narrative that Bellew is a one-punch KO artist with a deadly left hook.
Am I missing something here? how many times has Bellew KO'd or even KD'd someone with a left hook, leading to a TKO.
