        Well Spence is #3 in the WBC
        Berto is 3rd on the ibf
        Porter is like 9th on the WBC how does he expect to leap over everyone?

          Well since Porter's loss to Brook and being unexpectedly dropped from the IBF rankings Kenny Porter has said they'll never fight for the IBF again. This was before Spence was even in the picture. So they've been consistent.

                  Wouldn't that defeat the purpose for Spence? Then the IBF would make Brook vacate belt, regardless of the fact that he fought his mandatory, in another division.
