I believe those 7-9 Seahawks won their home playoff game that year.

The Rams and 9ers aren't much, but the Seahawks are very good and AZhas been putting good teams in the field at least recently

Used to be probably the toughest division in the entire league.

See how the Niners do in the draft, but I don't see this year being a huge turn around year. It's going to take some time.
