It looks like like there's only 3 HOF on your list and all of them are from lower weights. I think you failed to mention his win against Glenn Johnson who could be a HOF.

Pac is the best of this generation. Visually you can see it alone. He punches and dont need a lot of the spoiling stuff BH needs and does.
