Why aren't cable networks jumping at the opportunity to televise boxing then? Especially since Setanta folded?

I suppose if ARD or RTL folded, the other would jump at the opportunity to get their boxing contracts.

We only get Boxing on Friday and Saturdays mainly but ESPN does show alot of Ali and Tyson fights.

Yeah that really is exciting news. I think it would of been PPV if they didn't have the Haye fight on a week prior to it.
