A fit Fury is up there with the best out there no problem. He is a character and heavyweight boxing needs him cos there is not any. Hope he stays clean and sort himself out but he is always going to be controversial. Fury is a very accomplished fighter with a skillset that doesnt fit the typical heavyweight look. He is the Donald Trump of boxing, only the bad bits are publicised and anything good he accomplishes will be ridiculed. For what its worth I dont think theres a HW in the world who can live 12 rounds with AJ except, maybe, a fit and agile TF, which unfortunately doesnt exist at the moment.

I agree with everything except the part about boxing needing him because he is such a character.Everything I have read about what Fury says has him bragging and praising himself up to the sky or viciously attacking some person or group of people. He is a mean nasty guy with never a kind word for anyone but himself.Why does boxing need that part of Fury? It doesn't.
