1. Medium-rare
2. mmm...steak cooked medium-rare done with saute potatoes, spinach with white wine sauce, incredibly soft cauliflower cheese, brocolli and fried aubergenes. The steak should be marinated in pepper, salt and olive oil kept overnite.
3. Peppercorn sauce and nothing else. Peppercorn sauce should be made with thick full cream, digon mustard, brandy and peppercorns.
4. Ribeye steak for me

Medium well ribeye, not a fan of pink or bloody.

Random seasonings, and olive oil. Friend uses baking soda as well something about it absorbing more seasoning into the meat. Hopefully it needs no sauce but whatever is around works for me.

Ill have french fries or the most buttery mashed potatoes youve ever seen.

Oh and a coke.

Medium rare Sirloin with a thick peppercorn sauce and creamy mash,washed down with a chilled Stella,perfection!

Ribeye, marinade it in olive oil and vinegar for two hours w/ italian seasoning and garlic added. Coat well w/ Monterey steak seasoning and grill till medium rare. I braise(burn it for the first couple minutes) then grill till done. I eat steak out often but they got nothing on my recipe!
