U never ate sushi until u ate some sushi in Japan.

I was sushi virgin until I went there. The bs fried sushi they serve us in America is pure garbage. Once u eat a high quality tuna sushi, than u know whats up

One of Japan's top chefs moved to NY a while back and has been quite successful. Anthony Bourdain said he can get better sushi in NY than in Tokyo lol. I hear they have barbecued horse-meat in Japan, and that it tastes just as good as Kobe beef, but with a leaner, chewier texture.

Interesting! I kinda doubt it, but he's on TV so he probably knows what he's talking about.
