I have to admit that I first started to really watch the lower weight classes was about a couple years ago.
So Im not very knowledgable about Pacquiaos level of opposition until he fought against ledwaba.
Looking at the fights at the surface, he had a couple of 4-star fights and 3-star fights on boxrec, which can give you an indicator, if the fight was important or not.
At flyweight he has wins against:
4 stars: Chatchai Sasakul and
3 stars: Chokchai Chockvivat, Melvin Magramo, Gabriel Mira
At Jr. featherweight he has wins against:
5 stars: Lehlo Ledwaba
4 stars: Reynante Jamili, Foijan Prawet, Jorge Eliecier Julio, Emmanuel Lucero
3 stars: Arnel Barotillo, Nedal Hussein, Tetsutora Senrima, Fahrprakorb Rakkiatgym
So how does his run on flyweight compare to someone like Roman Gonzalez or Kazuto Ioka
and how does his run at Jr. featherweight compare to guys like Donaire or Juan Manuel Lopez?
