Chirpractic has some benefit for muscular skeletal pain because what they do is essentially a sot of massage, along with a lot of alchemy. In alchemy the ritual in administering the dose is as important as the dose itself and chiropractic works like that.

The problem with chiropractic is that it writes cheques it's ass can't cash with absurd claims about disease that are not supported by reality. But if you're going for back pain then you're probably ok.

I went the other day for a knee injury therapy and ended up getting xrays to evaluate my posture. Long story short, The xrays returned and they said my hip is tilted more to one side creating pulling and alignment issues on the knee. Sounds like BS to me. What do you guys think?

Get a second opinion from an orthopaedist if you can.

Go to yoga, or did you think i was joking? Yoga will stretch you put and develop the muscles that are creating your bad posture or back problems.

I'm not really qualified to comment. See a doctor who can give you a referral to a specialist in sports medicine or in skeleto-muscular medicine.

Be very wary of chiropractors who will tell you that you have a chronic and debilitating condition and that they know how to fix it for a price. If that's what they say then get a second and third opinion.

Also don't be afraid that the medical doctors are just going to throw drugs at you. For sports injuries and chronic pain they tend to recommend physiotherapy and non-drug treatments in combination with medication or, in cases when there has been serious degeneration, surgery.

When you do yoga, you'll discover the muscle weaknesses. You can feel it, and those are the positions you do as much as you can.

You probably need 3-5classes to figure it out. I corrected a tailbone and an ankle problem through that method- separate issues. The ankle thing was even after i saw an ortho and had ankle surgery. Pm me if need be bruh.
