The "Black Israelites" are driven by an unbearable inferiority complex to fantasize about belonging to the comical antithesis of blackness (Jewishness).

The "liberal" whites are likely child abuse victims who have spent their lives jumping from buddhism to healing crystals to this nonsense just trying to fill the emptiness where a normal person would have family ties, healthy skepticism and a tribal identity.

This is also why studies show you can't really change anyone's mind about anything using raw data once they've become emotionally invested past a certain point.
