  • "Suffer" Poem by SunSpace

Korn for the cobbler, brand new shoes to step
On, and bubbles set up to pop on their own.
Mattresses rule the world, lest we doze off,
Programming golden shower nozzles (no soap, but foam).
Rue presidential suite services in our hotel, for the candy smells
Only brings clientele back, four more.
Maximize profits, if when we ask of it you know
All we nosed, both by sheets and by ore.
    Trump U.S.? Suffer.

Greatest poet of all time or what...

I was actually inspired to write this by a thread in the Hip-Hop forum about Eminem.

I didn't expect to create one of the best poems I've ever made; it was merely supposed to be an example, but I've surprised myself.

Just wow, even the nod to Shakespeare close to the end, hilariously. (And that's just in one of the ways of reading that line!!!! It has to be one of the best lines I've ever made: So many possible ways of interpreting references.)

    Just wow.

Oh yeah, your poem sucks by the way.

I didn't read it, but it sucks.

If I were Freddy Krueger (had an account looking like him, at least), I'd be running around playing jokes on people.

Freddy's one of the best villains of all time, precisely because of his confidence and humor.

I mean, the dude's practically a devil sent back from Hell, yet he's not like some Exorcist or Paranormal Activity-type demon, where it's all straight up business, for the most part.

Freddy plays with his food, humiliates it instead of solely attacking, and that always made him more terrifying for me, as a kid.

It was BS that they had Jason "beating" him.
