Bronx, Atlanta, Gary, Detroit, flint, Chicago, Philadelphia, Memphis, Oakland, Baltimore St. Louis, east St. Louis, New Orleans, Albuquerque, Cleveland, Birmingham, mobile etc are all crime ridden chitholes

Safer cities such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, Manhattan, Seattle are full of of homeless people, black crime and shit everywhere (literally shitholes)

Most cities in first world like toronto, Tokyo, Oslo, Prague, Sydney etc aren’t like that

Bronx and Manhattan aren't cities, they're boroughs, even though they have more people than those actual cities.

Here in NYC many of us refer to Manhattan as "the city" and consider the boroughs to be separate.

Also, Manhattan is the only one where the mailing address includes "New York, New York". In Queens different parts of the borough put their neighborhood in their mailing address (Jamaica, New York etc) and in Brooklyn we use the borough name.
