  • Moonlight: The film that is sweeping Hollywood awards

Miami-born filmmaker Barry Jenkins wrote and directed the film, based on a play by Tarell Alvin McCraney, about a young African American boy named Chiron coming to terms with his sexuality as he grows up in a tough Florida neighbourhood.

              you see,

instead of complaining about the wrong thing (kapernick), you should be complaining about the media oligarchs of hollywood portraying black men as ****sexuals and criminals....

              i would actually support you.

i mean you do know who is responsible for pushing this nonsense garbage right???

you do know WHO controls the entire entertainment industry in america right????

that is a bigger fight than kapernick's false narrative defense...

had you taken up this fight,

i would have been with you,

              hell,

ive been fighting this crap by myself in the lounge without YOUR (the black community of posters) support.

Any movie about gays gets good reviews and awards. FFS Tom Hanks only got his Academy award for Philadelphia because he was playing a dying gay. Don't ask me why he got an award for portraying a ****** in
Forest Gump...maybe Gump was a closet gay?

exactly. thus proving my earlier post in this thread.

anything gay, trans, make beautiful women look ugly,

                    = critical acclaim.

i love tom hanks but philadelphia was a WEAK WEAK ASS movie. nowhere close to his best acting job.

its the same shh*t with argo.

nowhere close to being a best picture movie but since its about american politics and ben afleck, it has to be awarded....
