So your plan would be to let realistic responses happen, which in turn incites racism and hatred amongst the society?

Because the same societal problem that exists between blacks/whites in America would be created in England with Muslims/whites.

"Precautions" is the same thing that also led to US citizens getting sent to camps simple for their ethnicity during the 40's. Even the Supreme Court sided with the bigotry of the times in the Korematsu case.

If you can't name the problem then there is no hope in solving it. Also, ignoring or pretending there isn't a problem isn't gonna solve it either.

There are people like Douglas Murray who speak openly, honestly, intelligently and ethically about the problems of mass imagination, islam and political correctness. Douglas doesn't advocate violence or bigotry, he advocates pragmatism and critical thinking about these issues. That's my stance as well.
