Yup, that's how you condition bones. It's all about micro-fractions and letting it heal creating denser bones. Took me like 8 months to condition my shins for kickboxing

under control its a prefect conditioning method (to punch something bare knuckle to harderned your fist) so we dont know the levels her knuckles fist are tolerant of it. I noticed she did ease up on the power when she started punching the tree.

I used to do something similar and my hands were like bricks its all conditioning imo. Some people I used to box with knuckles skin will literally tear off if they punches something bare knuckles but mines wouldnt it would jsut ashy.
