This is what I do too. Dynamic stretches before a workout and some static stretching during recovery if things are tight. I think sometimes static stretches can be taken too far and over stretch the muscle, possible causing damage and increasing recovery time

Default Stretching and warm ups

Hi guys,

Warming up and stretching properly is really important for boxing and overall performance.
