Well for someone who has been so eager for this fight he should have signed this fight contract immediately. It's not like he just got the contract yesterday. He's had it on him and when he feels his body is ready for him to sign the contract he will. But all i know the longer he waits the larger the suspicion grows. VADA can't officially start the Spence testing until he signs. So there you go.
