I know it's merely speculation if it's Bob Arum who's withholding the funds but it wouldn't be a surprise. I don't understand his attitude on wanting to forcefully keep Manny Pacquiao. On the contrary he should be glad and thankful with the amount of exposure and money that Pacquiao gave him and Top Rank. He should be working with Pacquiao out of respect instead of trying to forcefully keep him as a fighter. Pay Manny his money and move on. It's kinda like a bad relationship break up where the other partner is not ready to let go yet. This is business, Pac did help Bob and Top Rank, but now without Pac then all that wouldnt mean anything so this is why Arum is not ready to let Manny go just yet. Arum wants Manny to stay under him, if Manny goes on his own, then this doesnt do Arum any good even though he benefited from Pac in the past.
