Maybe Eddie Hearn was bull****ting the entire time but if Joseph Parker was able to get a third of the event, the Wilder offer should've been 40% from the jump.

Eddie picked around, waited until Wilder was ready to take short money to prove a point, and then magically the WBA was no longer offering even a day more of an extension and Hearn was trying to lock in the **** fight terms for a future date and not the next fight (the reason why Wilder took the **** terms) with Joshua the only fighter with the rematch clause and Hearn dictating where Wilder could put the US TV.

For wasting all of that time, and trying to sully his name, I don't see 50/50 and a straight up fight (no rematch clause for anyone) as being a bad place to start, tbh.

And that's before you even get to the US TV
so where is the venue for wilder vs fury ? It's not even in Vegas so stop talking about silly MGM resorts and pie in the sky.
As of now wilder has not sold a PPV and has only boxed in front of 12k.
You don't do business on what transpire with a product you do business on what the product offers you.
60-40 is a fair split and until builds his portfolio and proves he is on equal footing with Joshua then he gets a smaller than the main benefactor which is joshua.
Your living a dream world if you think wilder gets the same share as Joshua.
Even golovkin didn't get the same equal pay as Canelo and he had all the belts.
Joshua has 3 belts brings more to the table and you expect wilder to get the same.
Another deluded yank who thinks keeping up with the kardashians is real life.
    Your clueless lol

This is the stupidest quote ever. It needs to be 50/50 but the fight is about legacy not money.

50/50 is all about money. If its not about money, Wilder should accept 10% and be happy to fight. The stupidity of this contradiction is mind blowing.

Exactly! GGG got 30% for 1st Dopelo fight despite bringing 3 major belts to the fight.
In AJ vs Wilder is exactly the opposite. AJ is a much bigger draw and also brings 3 belts to the table. Wilder shouldn't get more than 20-25% and no rematch clause. Martin, Parker and washed up Fury didn't get a rematch clause so why should Wilder?
Though I wouldn't give him even that considering Wilder's been running an organized smear campaign against AJ.

It’s funny how people on here are saying what should be offered and what someone should take. And if they don’t take yet or offer it they are scared. That’s why it’s called negotiating. If they can’t agree on money and there is no fight that doesn’t mean someone is scared. Hearn is not a fighter but he wants to dictate when and where and for how much. I don’t think either fighter is scared. That’s nonsense. These guys are heavyweights. They risk their lives every time they get in there. Can the people typing and watching quit trying to assume and just chill out. Smh.

It is about money to both sides, if not Wilder would have signed for 15 million dollars. You could say its about control for Joshua since he turn down 50m dollars to take that fight in america.

Top post. Sad when you read "XY and Z is scared" its negotiating, most just repeat what their masters tell them to say. The market decides what each fighter gets, and once Wilder beat Fury his market value would/should reflect a better offer than whats on the table.

I think Joshua is forgetting he's 29 years old himself maybe he thinks he's still a spring chicken

no issue with this, its just how it goes with big fight but I'm confident Wilder will get the win.
