  • [HOLY S**T!] Treason Petition against 47 republicans over letter to Iran. 180k Signed

    Petition

I don't think the **** would ever stick, but a lot of people where annoyed over the b*tch move obviously. The funny part is that the petition is well over the treshold for required response so now the white house gotta reply to this . If I was Obama I be like "We're looking into it" as a reply just to mess with the Republicans.

For one thing it isn't treason or sedition, so no it wouldn't stick.

It may not be technically treason, but it's unprecedented and needs to be addressed.

I laugh hysterically when conservatives tell me that Obama has not been hated in the way the left is making out to be. From questioning his citizenship, to calling him a socialist, calling him a Muslim, the racist stuff at Tea Party rallies, to trying to do away with the health care act over 40 times, to this nonsense.

Man, I have never seen one president hated so much.

          On this, we can agree.....100%.

The right has had it in for him from day 1. The amount of uncooperativeness between the parties as well as the blatant, undisguised animosity towards the Chief Executive is deplorable in its almost adolescent clique-esque nature.

Never, in my lifetime have I witnessed such blatant disregard for diplomacy and political cohesion. Even Tip O'Neal was able to work with Reagan and Vice-versa. This President reached out time and time again to Congress to meet them in the middle as all presidents have since the beginning, only to be rebuffed over and over again.

Why, I wonder, have they collectively sought not to pursue political compromise; but rather to ensure that the wheels of our political system become entrenched in an impassible quagmire, while attempting to oust President Obama from his post, or at the very least render him ineffective as well as any goals he attempted to achieve.

It is no small wonder that he eventually sought to do his job without their assistance, as they, collectively, made it abundantly clear that he would never receive it.

I wonder why. Why have the GOP been so consistent in their slanderous attacks, rather than seeking to work with this president as all other congresses have some in the past with all other previous presidents, regardless of political affiliation?

What makes this president's terms so egregious to the attitudes of this congress that they feel so compelled to thwart him at every turn, thus stopping the wheels of government?

What makes him so offensive that they blatantly abandon their responsibilities to serve the people who put them in office?

          I wonder.....

The right is so far right man, it's crazy. The Tea Party is like the American Taliban in principle. If it wasn't for the Constitution, they would want to change this country in ways that would shock you.

Every year some Tea Party Congressman tries to pass a law that makes Christianity the official religion of the U.S. Or they want the Bible to bypass the Constitution, the things they propose are insane.

Iran is a far more peaceful country that America.

Has the US gone 5 days without bombing someone?

Iran has not started a war in over 300 years.
