Have a friend in Virginia who has had her hours trimmed due to elective surgeries being pushed off. When they return and patients feel comfortable coming back, she was told they are bringing everyone back. She's on reduced hours pay by the state.

I live in NYC, have plenty of friends in the healthcare industry and haven't heard about any 10k per week from nurses.
