And not be the fault of the winning fighter.
Just sayin'.

the winning fighter should be ripped for failing to close the show. if the guy is there to be taken out you take him out.

Sure, but.... the winning fighter may create a situation where the losing fighter is handicapped prior to coming into the fight, and in that sense he does carry some of the blame for the performance.

Absolutely.
Guys who dominate regularly tend to be called boring.

I think Canelo fought very skillfully and did everything he could to stop Chavez.
But the size difference, Chavez' chin, and Chavez' cautious style simply didn't allow it to happen.

Floyd Mayweather. Too good for his own good. He made it look so easy and watching it wasn't entertaining bar a few fights (Maidana I, Cotto, Ortiz)

There's a difference between dominating a game opponent and fighting a guy who isn't even trying though.
Chavez jr needs to move on from boxing. He milked the name dry. Legs kept walking forward but brain was in flight mode.

Duh. Chavez was fodder, not a fighter.

It's especially boring when you know full damn well how it's going to turn out beforehand.
