Why in fantasy fights does Floyd always have to face opponents at their best weight instead of his?

Because in Hearns case, he was never a lightweight. What kind of logical sense does that make.

The thread parameters are realistic weights that the two could have ever fought at.

Hearns was like Williams but with speed, power and 5 times the skill. Mayweather wouldn't have risked fighting Tommy. Prime Hearns is better than any fighter Mayweather has ever faced, and better than Mayweather.

Hearns loss to lesser fighters than Mayweather

Hearns was never outboxed in his prime. His only loss at welterweight was SRL, where he was stopped while ahead on cards in round 14.

His other prime losses were stoppages at middleweight.

Is mayweather stopping him with his brittle hands?
