Heh heh, it makes me feel a lot better for recommending this with the support of such an experienced knowledgeable body builder.

The Syntha-6 thread was the only reason I noticed this section, love that stuff.

Now that they have dropped the price to match most other supplements on the market, there's no reason not to buy it.

Also wheybolic extreme is a great protein I have tried, I had some of my best gains with it. Again though it is a little pricey
