I really dont know his fight night weights to be honest but has no relevancy what so ever in making the fight happen right now. The terms are their for GGG if he wants the fights, same way the terms were their for canelo, pacquaio, maywather when their shots came up, they can either turn it down and not get the figth or accept it and get the fight.
